This is the first time I stayed here, as it was my business trip. It was satisfying. The room assigned to me was really great, but as the hotel is surrounded by buildings, so view is not up to the mark, but its okay. All the staffs working here are really gentle and co-operative. Specially Mr Arka he's been so helpful with always a smiling face. Mr. Anirudh was so kind too. I really liked the COBO bar on the rooftop, but the music was too loud! The food quality was good enough. I am definitely feeling coming back with my family this time. I hope you all will be there to help us again!

Rooms are good, staffs are helpful and service and housekeeping are excellent, sonu and anirudh from front desk thanks for the warm hospitality experience. Request you to kindly provide early check in next time. Rooftop cobo also a nice place to visit.

Good location also us embassy is very near to hotel, food is awesome mainly Indian and Chinese , ird staffs should be more polite that will do more good. Shubham, anirudha from front desk is humble and good hospitality. We will visit again on the month of December

Over all experince was good ...all the staffs was very nice and cooperative ...From house keeping Gopal thapa and from dining Sayen ...I will recommend this aauris hotel to everyone. If you are planing to go to kolkata please atleast consider this.
